Few years back, I had to do an outpatient program or I call it "rehab" (for spine deformity) to try to compensate the pain it does during cold season and hoping for improvement as well. My scoliosis was at 21 degrees at that time. I never get to finish my rehab session due to my crazy schedule but it somehow helped me to amend the pain. If you are one of us, I encourage you to try this rehab thing, trust me it helps.
